Its totally out of control. If you look carefully, the spamassassin
bayesian filters have managed to 'learn' that this is not spam, and 
so didn't block it.   As to targeted malicious attacks, I get >30
(automated) complaints a day that I sent viruses to someone I never
heard of.  Its total hell.
