New 1.8 release?

Yes, sounds good to me.

For the record: Even though I wondered about the transition openhbci -> 
openhbci2 in the 1-8-branch some weeks ago, this will definitely not 
happen at this point in time. So the openhbci questions are not an issue 
right now.
