search engine

I just found another bug in the search engine.  I was going through
the lists and went to the gnucash-changes list (which was actually
named Gnucash-changes).  I clicked on the 'search the archives'
and it went to this link:

  https://lists.gnucash.org/search/?archive=Gnucash-changes

But this failed, because "Gnucash-changes" != "gnucash-changes".  So
it decided I must want to search gnucash-user.  Not what I wanted.

I've since changed all the list names to be lower-case, but ideally
the search engine should be changed to accept mixed-case archive
names.
