This isn't in Gnucash, it is in AqBanking. You don't have to change Gnucash to 
make it work (because there already is code which uses AqBanking: The HBCI 
module)

Currently you'd have to create a simple config file by hand. However, I just 
started writing a druid which will hopefully become available by the end of 
this/beginning of the next week.
