OFX Direct Connect: First Positive Feedback

Hi,

I just received first positive feedback about the OFX DC backend of AqBanking. 
According to Jeremy Jongsma retrieving the list of accounts and transaction 
statements for bank accounts works with a real bank server.

However, this needs the latest CVS version of Gwenhywfar (which is used 
internally by AqBanking). I will have to make a release of Gwen tomorrow.

I also fixed some bugs and improved some functions in the OFX DC backend so I 
will have to release it as well.
