Frederic Leroy's update to Dan Widyono's patch to compile cleanly on 64

Someone else might wish to give the patches a once-over with a fine-toothed
comb with regard to why not changing the other lld's, but for mine, I just
compiled, found errors, fixed the errors ONLY, recompiled, found errors,
fixed those errors ONLY, etc.  This prevented me from fixing anything except
what I said I was fixing in the bug report.
