GnuCash Documentation in pdf Format - how to get the cvs things to html.....

that worked under cygwin...

....here is my first problem for now there is no scrollkeeper under 
cygwin.... so here the sings get stuck....

--> I've to wait till my devfsd comes back.....

But isn't there a way to go directly to pdf from that mysterious 
doc-book things?? There must be some advantage of  these.....

....and perhaps I'll now find time to search for some 'understandable' 
doc for docbook.....
