Entity artefacts?

Sorry, ignore me. I think it's an error in copying entities between sessions, 
i.e. my code.

I'm still testing but it looks like the copy is creating an entity in the new 
book and if the correct data cannot be set in that entity for whatever 
reason, it's not releasing that entity so it's left incomplete. Ooops.
