Custom gnucash programming

Hello, I work for a diplomatic mission and we recently
moved our finance system to GnuCash. We have a
requirement for custom reports and some kind of
plug-in to export the gnucash data to OpenOffice Calc.
We are willing to pay good money for this so if anyone
is interested please drop me a line.
