This file is added to the tree by one of the autotools, and updated each
time autogen.sh is run.  It shouldn't be part of the repository as its
always going to show changes.  I.E. I updated to get your changes, ran
nothing but autogen.sh, and now show 50 local changes to the file.

I checked the old repository and this file was killed and resurrected a
couple of times.
