Debian Compile still bombs on gw__scm_extras

That is exactly the case. 1.3.4 gwrap and gcc 4.0x

Debian appears to have changed the names for gwrap packages.

libgwrapguile1 is 1.3.4
libgwrap-runtime0 is 1.9.6
