libqof change - not complete yet.

svn caught me out - I ended up deleting the fully tested lib/libqof setup 
because:

a) I forgot to do make clean before adding the directory so it added lots of 
temporary files.
b) when I tried to remove the files, it also removed the local working copy!
(because I used --force without checking)

Mae culpa - but something that is quite different between CVS and svn.

The files are in now and I'm testing.

I'll commit the ChangeLog only when complete.
