OK, so does that mean we should retain -no-undefined and link against libguile 
explicitly on all platforms or should we leave it as is where guile is 
provided when the test is run using the guile environment?

I have a feeling keeping -no-undefined will cause lots of Makefile.am files to 
require modification, AFAICT mainly test programs.
