MediaWiki instead of Trac Wiki?

Reasons to use MediaWiki:
- Migration from gnomesupport.org would be an easy file copy, or at worst, a
copy/paste edit
- MediaWiki has a functioning TOC
- MediaWiki allows users to edit specific sections of a page, like in the
Gnucash FAQ on gnomesupport.org
- MediaWiki has more formatting options available to it
