qofquery-deserial.c is a dead file - development of the serialize-deserialize 
model has ceased. I've removed it from libqof1 and it will no longer be 
distributed.

Sorry, should have highlighted this. (I think I did put something in the 
serialize file but it was too brief.)

When I bring in the changes to use external QOF, I'll remove both files.
