Well, technically you don't need scheme for HEAD or 1.8 branches,
either, but there are fewer examples of modules without scheme.

Yep, I know.  I know people want to see MT940 again.  It would be good
if we could generically use anything that AqBanking provided (sort of
how we generically support anything that Finance::Quote provides).
