This is not good.  This file isn't in the G2 branch, just in HEAD, so
I don't know why it would be missing.

If you're building from CVS in order to help with development, you
should checkout the gnucash-gnome2-dev branch.  At least then, I know
you won't have *this* particualr problem. :)
