[Gnucash-changes] Add commented-out workaround for utf8.

However, the patch is meant to be uncommented, so the user will have
open the file and edit it. Maybe the best way would be to explain that
he can replace LANG by LANGUAGE in a comment, and to keep the number of
lines to uncomment small.
