Translation Wiki --> msgmerge

Problem solved (it was not the "v" that was a typo)
msgmerge (and also xgettext) are part of the gettext-devel package . After installing this everything went fine. However I don't understand why they don show up when querying the rpm database both command-line and Suse YaST...
