Budget report is called Single report in menu

The Budget Report (at least it is called that as default Title) is called
Single Report in the Reports->Income & Expense menu structure.

Should probably be changed from "Single" to "Budget"
Hopefully this could be fixed, even if we have a string freeze, or?
