chapter.  Still don't have a section on Merger/Splits
and the remainder of the To-Do list.

Should there be a separate chapter (or appendix or document) on the 
"international" features of GnuCash.

If it is added to Investing chapter I strongly suggest that it not be 
part of the sequential building up of screenshots.

If the list thinks it is a benefit - go for it !
