Screenshots in gnucash-guide

I have these ready to go, and I'm almost ready to turn in the updates to 
ch_bus_ar.xml.  I'll see if I can finish this evening.

I have also signed up for ch_bus_ap.xml and ch_bus_pay.xml (and the 
corresponding screen shots).

It took me two weeks to get the first chapter done.  Part of the delay 
is that I haven't used the business features before and wind up trying 
many things for the first time ...

Let me know if the pace doesn't cut it.
