Win32 - installer.sh - adding profile.d

howdee again,

ok - heres the 'simple' functional change to add
the profile.d directory.  ive created a different
directory to hold the functional change for inst-inno().

i have a completely different one-liner that is
bugging me so ill try sending that as a different
email/subject if i sort it out...
