I believe online price quoting already exists.

all fine, but way outside the scope of the advanced portfolio report
which merely gathers the already existing information about stocks and
puts them into a report showing gains/losses, basis etc. 

to archive your desires, 1. confirm that the functionality doesn't
already exist, 2. review the wishlist bugs and see if its already been
requested and 3. either add your thoughts to that bug, if needed file
a new one.
