win32 quoting paths in gnucash.bat and load errors on win ME

I'm not at all suprised that WinME doesn't work, and honeslty as
a developer I'd like to say that "we don't support anything older
than WinXP".  WinME is like 5+ years old, and is certainly no longer
supported by Microsoft.
