Well, I /suppose/ we could just disable this directory for 1.9.0 --
I never finished the qif importer re-write, so this code isn't being
used.

Hmm, this is interesting..  It's due to the fact that we have code
in SVN that we don't distribute.  We need some way to ignore those
files when we build the POTFILES.
