Release of GnuCash 1.9.1 (unstable)

Suggestion: Can each unstable announcement (and maybe the stable ones 
afterwards) mention which svn revision was the latest to make it into the

I'll sort out the rewrite of gnc-event to qofevent today and then release QOF 
0.6.2 to regain compatibility with gnucash 1.9.1.
