Unfortunately this patch is incorrect, or at least not the right
solution.  QOF_LIB_DIR /is/ defined.  That's not the problem.
The problem is that it is /improperly/ defined.  Your patch works
around the problem but doesn't fix it.

The real fix is to get the header file configured properly.
