Update on Dutch translation

Got it working again!

I found an internet repository for Suse software containing the GNUCash 1.9.6 version RPM. I installed this one which forced Yast (the Suse intstallation tool) to also install a g-wrap RPM. After these steps I was able to compile the svn version myself successfully.
