Hi,

Right now in 1.8 the only way to really get data into gnucash
is via the business invoice and bill interfaces.  There is no
automated way to input business functions.

In 1.9 you could generate QSF XML and import than into gnucash.
But QSF isn't really something that's easy for a user.

So, unfortunately I really have no idea what to tell you.
