g_setenv (was: new dependency tree and strange editing)

That one was probably caused by myself,
http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/13542 . I'd suspect that it used
to fail for a long time, and g_setenv in contrast to setenv starts to
print an error message on failure.

My reason is that setenv() doesn't exist on windows, but g_setenv()
does. This seemed to be an easy solution to this issue. If it's no good,
simply revert r13542.
