Sorry for that. Didn't know that gnucash.pot isn't always automatically
created. Fixed in r13551.

No, "make pot" has never been and should never be an automatic command.
It always was and always should be only a manual workaround for
translators to easily force the creation of a fully updated translation
template. It is in no way standarized or whatever.

The reason of the error rather was that po/gnucash.pot was mentioned in
a Makefile where no rules for its creation were available. The deeper
reason here is that it seems to depend on the gettext{ize} version
whether gnucash.pot is in the dist tarball; this is not what we want, as
the gnucash.pot should always be distributed in the dist tarball so that
translators can easily start working on their translations.
