mt940 import + minor bugs

Of course not ;)

now I got it working.

There's two things I noticed not working entirely properly:

1. if you choose to add a suffix to your program names with ./configure
--program-suffix=whatever

you have to manually edit your gnucash-whatever (orig. just gnucash in
the /bin folder) file at the very last line from gnucash-bin to
gnucash-bin-whatever

2. while changing accounts for a transaction already recorded before,
gnucash will ask if you want to save your changes before moving on to a
new transaction, which you can then answer by yes, and additionally tick
a checkbox that says "remember my answer and don't ask me again".

this did not work in my version, it keeps asking everytime. is that a
general bug or just in my version?

thx alot for the help
