Further problems compiling gnucash 1.9.5

Hello list,

I am encountering some problems compiling gnucash 1.9.5 on my OpenSuSE
10.0 System. Unfortunately I am not a developer.

What I am trying to do:

I am trying to compile everything that's in the package gnucash-1.9.5.tar.gz



What I did so far:

- downloaded gnucash 1.9.5
- unpacked it
- ran "./configure"
- configure failed because of compiler gcc 4.x
- downloaded g-wrap
- configured, built and installed g-wrap with all default settings
- ran "./configure" for gnucash again
- ran make
- encountered some errors (solution was that libguile was not found,
thanks to Dan Atkins)
- set $PATH to include /usr/include
- ran make again which failed on some warnings (log are lost :( )
- ran configure again with flag "--disable-error-on-warning"
- encountered several libtool errors, log attached

It would be nice if someone has some hints.
