gnucash v1.9.6 - build as an RPM?

Hi all,

While trying to build gnucash-1.9.6.tar.gz as an RPM like so:

  rpmbuild -tb gnucash-1.9.6.tar.gz

I get a complaint that the file libgsf-1.9.6.tar.gz does not exist.

I have searched the net high and low for libgsf v1.9.6, but this doesn't 
seem to exist. The closest I can find seems to be v1.14.0.

Does anyone know if the RPM spec file inside gnucash v1.9.x is being 
maintained?
