No, we don't, and yes, it does :-)
But writing a setup wizard for HBCI alone is a whole lot of work which nobody
volunteered to do so far :-)
However, gnucash does only need QT for that matter (no KDE), and even that is
not a dependency of Gunucash but for the setup wizard which is *executed* by
Gnucash.
