Draft GNUCash Press Release

That's a solid technical point, but I think a review of a milestone release 
seems much more likely than say, 2.1.  Round numbers interest people.

"Version 2.1" seems significantly less newsworthy than "version 2.0."  You 
could risk bad reviews on a 2.0, but I suspect you'd risk no reviews for a 
2.1.
