[PATCH] fr.po update

PLese find enclosed the french fr.po file completely translated. It includes John's updates ( I hope all of them).

for John : there might be some  mistranslations related to gnome libraries ( forward is sometimes translated as « Suivant » but the button can be labeled « Avant» on my system ( maybe too old) : text in dialog windows is then not acurate as it implies labels on button that may be different. If you have any ideas...
