These are now all hidden in current SVN and bugzilla entries are added
to remind us of activating them again after 2.0.0.
We could very well release a version 1.9.7 ASAP which, according to
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Release_Schedule , will be a second beta
with bugfixes. The next release 1.9.8 will be our "release candidate",
which means "a package that will be identical to the final release if no
problems occur".
