Update to Tutorial and Concept Guide

Hello:

Just noticed some old instructions that need updating.

In section "8.6.3.2. Configuring Finance::Quote", the Tutorial and Concept 
guide is still instructing that in order to enable online quotes "edit the 
account and select the Get On-line Quotes box".

However, the "Get On-line Quotes" box is no longer in the edit-account option; 
it has been moved to the edit-security option under Tools - Security Editor.
