Docs bug: invalid image pointer

Since most of the figure files are all lower case names it would be most
consistent within the chapter on investment to rename the
"invest_AccountsPredef.png" file to "invest_accountspredef.png".  If svn
can't do a rename I've attached a "invest_accountspredef.png" to be
added, then delete the other if possible.

Or

there is a patch for the source code the change the name in the xml
file.
