Modules and GnuCash

This is another important question. I'll first be looking at  
migrating the easy "modules" to what they should be. But after I have  
a better picture of what should be a library/module I'll want to know  
which "support" modules people think should remain independant  
modules vs. which should be merged into other modules.

Example:
business-core
business-core-file
business-gnome
business-utils

Could these be merged into one "business" module? Are there any  
others that should definately be merged?
