I did submitted a bug report.  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367705

But it was quickly marked as a duplicate of
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=352324, which I don't think
really is the case.  And I just commented on this bug that bug#367705
was still alive as of 2.0.5-svn.

I'm glad that someone has made a patch for it.
