Update to Tutoral & Concept Guide (bugzilla #347623)

While submitting a bugzilla report on GnuCash the other day I reviewed
the bugzilla reports on the documentation.  There was one on the T & C
guide. (347623)

I believe that the attached png files and diff will resolve that
bugzilla report.

I do have a question - the T & C Guide has an example of importing a
sample QIF file.  Where should that (or any other) file be located so
that users could be directed to find them easily?  .../doc/examples ?
or in a new folder  ...guide/C/examples ?

I'll attach the QIF file from Bengt Thuree.
