ENTIRE document in one file desirable

A suggestion:

It would be helpful to have the "GnuCash Help Manual" and the "GnuCash 
Tutorial and Concepts Guide"
in a form that has the ENTIRE document available in one file, for ease 
of searching,
in a format such as pdf or html.
