ORBit2 problem with 2.2.6

There are a couple of reported bugs (510720 and 545086) that appear to be
related to ORBit2 and still affect GnuCash in version 2.2.6. Both bugs crash
GnuCash at startup on Windows. They may be the same thing but I can't tell.
Turning off the firewall doesn't help.

I see that there was a previously reported bug (363648) having to do with
ORBit2 and firewalls, but that caused GnuCash to hang rather than crash.
That was also supposed to be fixed.

Could someone take a look at these? I'm not sure what the next step is here
and I really don't know anything more about ORBit2.
