The BEST prices?  I don't know.  I haven't spent hours and hours
doing comparison shopping.  I've used this vendor before and I
like their service and hardware.  I've also used Dell before, but
for this class of device Dell costs about $1k more.

As for rolling my own...  The additional time and effort just isn't
worth it for me.  I have a one week window in late January to do
the install and service swap, which doesn't provide a lot of room
for slippage if the hardware build-your-own isn't working.
