Does this change mean that all language teams will have to invent a 
second translation for "Profit & Loss" so that there are no duplicates 
in the report menu?

Also, it seems that the string "Profit & Loss" is not in gnucash.pot or 
the *.po files anymore, so it is effectively a new string.
