Hmmm... I hadn't really thought through to the deployment phase of the
project. I just looked at what opensuse has and 10.3 has libgda
1.9.91. They've announced 11.0 alpha, so 11.0 might have 3.0. I know
libgda doesn't currently support windows, but that is planned for libgda
3.2.
