Dear Sir/Madams,

I downloaded qt-win-opensource-4.3.3-ming.exe.
When I installed it under Windows XP I got the following comment

There is a problem with your MinGW installation.
g++ not found in C:\MinGW\bin\

Does this affect running dist.sh in packaging?
